Tumble Bugs Liability Waiver

I understand that participation in soft play activities, inflatable bounce houses, ball pits, and related equipment from Tumble Bugs Play Co. involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, slipping, physical injury, and equipment-related accidents.

I voluntarily choose to participate and/or allow my child(ren) to participate in these activities.

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that:

I assume risks accociated with any and all children using this equipment.

I assume ALL risks associated with the use of the equipment.

I understand injuries may occur despite safety precautions.

I release and hold harmless Tumble Bugs Play Co., its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, labilities, damages, injuries, losses, or legal actions arising from use of the equipment.

I understand that all use of equipment is at my own risk.

I certify that participating children are physically able to safely participate.

I understand that Tumble Bugs Play Co. does not provide supervision or childeare services.
If the participant is a minor, I certify that I am the child's parent or legal guardian and have authority to sign on their behalf.
